15. RESOLUTIONS:

15.a. Resolution No. 2022-22: Authorize the Mayor to sign the Resolution and Construction Engineering Services Agreement with Alfred Benesch & Company for the Bellevue Major Street Resurfacing project identified as MAPA-5081(2), in an amount not to exceed $256,434.85. (Public Works Director)

16. CURRENT BUSINESS:

16.a. * Request to amend the Conditional Use Permit for Lot 12, Daniell Crossing, to update Athena Arms as the new owner.  (Planning Manager)

16.b. Recommend approval of the contract for Lt. Joe Milos to be the State Drug Recognition Training Coordinator for the Nebraska Department of Transportation Highway Safety Office.  (Chief Clary)

16.c. Approve and authorize Mayor to sign Contract for the low bid from Common Wealth Electric Company for the Galvin and Birchcrest Road Intersection and Pedestrian Improvement, not to exceed $493,662.88 plus potential City initiated change orders of up to 10% $49,366.28 for a total of $543,029.16. 16.d. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the construction administration and observation agreement with HGM Associates Inc., for the Harlan Drive over Fort Crook Road Bridge Approach Replacement and Repairs, in an amount not to exceed $163,192.58. (Public Works Director)

16.e. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the professional engineering services agreement with Olsson for the 36th Street and Bline Avenue Traffic Signal Modifications, in an amount not to exceed $14,500.00. (Public Works Director)

16.f. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Fiber Installation Professional Services Agreement with Alfred Benesch and Co., in an amount not to exceed $661,092 (with these costs to be recovered through the permitting process with American Broadband Nebraska Communications, Inc.  (Public Works Director)

16.g. Recommend approval of the final payment to HDR Engineering for additional work on the Master Plan for American Heroes Park, in an amount not to exceed $744.32.  (Public Works Director)
