3.1. Discuss and Consider the negotiations of potential purchase of property for a bus barn.

4. ACTION ON EXECUTIVE SESSION ITEMS
Discussion:
Authorize superintendent Johnson to work with our real estate broker, Kevin Kermeen, with WC Real Estate to negotiate the purchase of Bell Creek Trucking at 720 West Elkhorn and to enter into a purchase agreement subject to the contingencies of an appraisal and fire marshal inspection and pending formal approval by the board in future meeting.
