1. Budget Report:  Review the January finance summary report.

2. 2016-17 Contracts:  Superintendent's contract:  January,  Principals and Directors:  February,  Program Coordinators:  March,  Teachers:  April,  Support staff, extra-duty, and summer school:  May.

3.  Strategic Planning Schedule:  We have completed our input process and met with the community leaders to review the top 15 areas for consideration.  The focus areas were assigned this week to the principals with the directive that they are to work with their staff on writing their plan and committing to a timeline for board approval and implementation. 

4.  2016-17 school calendar:  We will review recommendations on the 2016-17 school calendar.  This will be adopted by the board at their regular March Board Meeting. 

5.  Respect/Responsibility:  Discuss process in each building.
