4.5. Approve the Boone County Bank of Albion, Homestead Bank-Albion Branch, Cornerstone Bank of Albion and the Petersburg State Bank as depositors for school district funds.

4.6. Approve the negotiated agreement between the Boone Central Education Association and the Boone Central School Board of Education for one year, 2016-17, with a base salary of $33,800.
