Motion by ______, seconded by______ that the Board of Education of this School District should and does hereby approve the the contract for construction management services for the Petersburg and Albion construction projects with Sampson Construction of Lincoln, Nebraska, and the Contract Modification attached thereto, in the form on file in the records of the School District, and further hereby authorize and direct the President of the Board of Education to execute and deliver the contract and Contract Modification, and to take all other necessary action to carry such contract as modified into effect according to its terms.
