4.3. Approve the Boone Central School's Superintendent as the authorized representative for the Boone Central Schools for state and federal projects and grants.

4.4. Approve the Boone Central School's Superintendent as the purchasing agent for the Boone Central Schools.

4.5. Approve the Boone County Bank of Albion, Homestead Bank-Albion Branch, Cornerstone Bank of Albion and Great Plains Bank in Petersburg as depositors for school district funds.

4.6. Approve the negotiated agreement between the Boone Central Education Association and the Boone Central School Board of Education for one year, 2017-18, with a base salary of $34,350.

4.7. Approve resignation of Sandy Sorell effective at the end of the 2016-2017 school year.

4.8. Approve the resignation of elementary principal Tim Hamilton effective at the end of the 2016-2017 school year.

4.9. Approve the Boone County Education Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for the districts non-supervisory certified staff for the 2018-2019 contract year.

4.10. Approve the purchase of a 2017 Ford Transit van at a cost of $26,995.
