4.1.5. Approve that in accordance with Policy 3090, the Superintendent or designee is hereby authorized to sell the items of surplus property he identified at the meeting and such other surplus property as may be identified, by sealed bids, tag sales, and other authorized means. The items include furniture (tables, book shelves, carts, cabinets), teaching aids (pull down maps, projectors, screens, bulletin and chalk boards, text books), kitchen items, and other miscellaneous items.

4.1.6. Approve extended contract days for pre-school teacher Theresa Wilke at 2.5 days for the 2017-2018 school year.

4.2. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action with regard to the purchase of scoreboards for the new gymnasium.

Discuss, consider and take all necessary action with regard to the bids received for the security equipment as set forth in the request for proposals dated February 21, 2017, for installation in the Albion and Petersburg school buildings. Motion regarding recision of action to award the security equpment contract to KOOI Communications, Inc., now known as Priority Communications and Solutions, Inc.

Discuss, consider and take all necessary action with regard to the bids received for the security equipment as set forth in the request for proposals dated February 21, 2017, for installation in the Albion and Petersburg school buildings. Motion regarding action to award of the security equipment contract to Applied Connective Technologies.
