4.1. Approve financial reports and payment of bills

4.2. Approve the resignation of Megan Bode effective at the end of the 2014-15 school year.

4.3. Approve Abby Knobbe as the new Ag instructor/FFA advisor at BA 18 Step 6 for the 2014-15 school year.

4.4. Approve to change graduation requirements beginning with the Class of 2018 to include 5 credits of Economics for a total of 240 credits and the requirement of students to take Cultural Geography.

4.5. Approve Aschoff Construction to do the concrete work for the new storage building at the football field/track at a cost of $13,405.87.

4.6. Approve the agreement between Boone Central and Newman Grove to coop softball for the 2014-15 and 2015-16 school years.

4.7. Approve the Title 1 cooperative agreement with ESU 7 for the 2014-15 school year.
