Approve resolution authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of general obligation school bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $12,990,000; Prescribing the form of the Bonds; Fixing in part and providing for the fixing in part of the terms of the bonds; providing for the levy and collection of taxes to pay the principal of and interest on the Bonds; and related matters.
