Rationale:
Visitors who have registered may address the School Board and Panel regarding the topics discussed in the facilities presentation. Each public speaker will be limited to two minutes. The School Board reserves the right to extend or restrict the time of each speaker and to end the Public Discussion agenda item early with a motion and vote of the board.
