2. Conduct interview of Construction Management Finalist Boyd Jones, including question and answer session, and discussion regarding same.

3. Conduct interview of Construction Management Finalist Hausmann Construction, including question and answer session, and discussion regarding same.

4. Conduct interview of Construction Management Finalist Sampson Construction, including question and answer session, and discussion regarding same.

5. Consider, discuss, and take all necessary action to: (a) evaluate proposals for the construction management at risk contract, and (b) rank each construction management at risk proposal on the basis of best meeting the criteria in the request for proposals and taking into consideration the recommendation of the construction management at risk selection committee and the board's interviews of the construction management finalists.

6. Consider, discuss, and take all necessary action, including without limitation providing negotiating guidance, to direct the Superintendent and the district legal counsel to negotiate a construction manager at risk contract between the school district and construction management firms in order of their ranking.
