Staff recommends approval of the following Offer of Sale for the purchase of the following described property and improvements in connection with the site acquisition at 60th and L Street: Seller: Saul O. and Nohemi C. Garcia Purchase Price: $110,000 Address of Property: 4504 South 59th Circle Legal Description: Lot Fifteen (15), in Tex 1st Addition, an addition to the City of Omaha, as surveyed, platted and recorded, in Douglas County, Nebraska. The purchase price is in accordance with the District's appraisal of the property. The Offer of Sale has been approved for legal sufficiency by legal counsel. It is further recommended that the President and Secretary of the Board of Education be authorized to sign the Offer of Sale on behalf of the District and that the President or the President's designee be authorized to execute all other documents required in connection with the purchase of the property.
