Rationale:  Attached is the District's draft Facilities Capital Plan.  The document sets forth recommendations on each site within the Omaha Public Schools.

Rationale:  Notice is hereby given that the Douglas County School District 0001 Board of Education will hold a Special Meeting on August 28, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Teacher Administrative Center, 3215 Cuming, Omaha, Nebraska 68131, for the purpose of considering a resolution to submit to the qualified electors of the District, at an election to be held in conjunction with the statewide general election in the District on November 4, 2014, a proposition relating to the issuance of $421,000,000 of bonds by the District.
