Rationale:
At the request of the Board of Education, staff will provide an update on the District's Athletic Academic Eligibility plan. A brief review will be provided of the requirements for athletic eligibility and implementation. Data will be reviewed that includes: participation, academic performance, eligibility for competition and academic coaching. In addition, staff will provide recommendations for possible changes and enhancements to the District's current plan.
