Recommended Motion(s):
To appoint Superintendent Josh Cumpston to replace Mel Crowe as the official representative of the Silver Lake School District for all state and federal programs - and as the District's Official Fiscal Agent/Representative for all banking and budgetary transactions beginning retroactively July 1, 2018. The other signatures will remain the same passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
