Executive Director shared some legislative updates. Session will begin mid-June and will address the most important issues. Discussion on state aid and core services. LB 880 set the date to certifying state aid on or May 1, 2020, was signed by Governor on February 13, 2020. Discussion on the Rule 62 petition. Looking forward to getting the affidavit and the Rule 10 checklist.
