Discussion:
The SRS development team met with NDE support staff again for an ADVISER follow up meeting. For students who turned 6, but have setting codes for a 5 years old... NDE won’t make this an "Error" until the student turns 7, this the district will have a year to get the data correct. In that year’ the next IEP will be due, and they collect the correct setting code. Talked about encouraging SPED directors to attend workday trainings. SRS may request access to district validation codes, but that would require SRS staff to take an online FERPA training.Zend Framework Conversion: Focus has been on testing and de-bugging the forms Many minor forms are done. IEP, IFSP, and MDT are on their second drafts. Many upper level pages are done. We still appear to be on track to be done by mid-March (Alliance and Waverly will help test). |
