Amy Throne was present to share updates to Rule 51 and 52. Updating provisional/minimal rules - grandfather provisional. NDE applies for Part B/C, and that they meet certain criteria. Correction to provisions will happen in 2020. They will offer an alternate pathway to get certifications. Working to figure out how to make programs more accessible. Alternative Program Teaching Permit and Transitional Teaching Permit - will not qualify for IDEA.

Printing for SRS is mostly completed. Student Transfer draft completely, working to test and fine tune. Beta Testing has begun and have a Google Form to collect feedback. Built time limits into ADVISER so expired data won't be pulled. They have a report that will show what students were not uploaded and why they were excluded.
