Rationale:

Mr. Lyle Schjodt, President, will call the Special Meeting of the Board of Education to order.

Information concerning the Open Meeting Law, Chapter 84, Article 14 of Nebraska State Statutes, is posted on the bulletin board in this room.

3. Pledge of Allegiance

Rationale:

Mr. Leon Haith will lead the Board in the Pledge.

4. Discussion and Consideration of Action on the Scope of Work, Cost, and Bond Issue Election for Facility Updates, Renovations, and New Construction.

Rationale:

The Board of Education will discuss and may take action on the following:

Determination of the scope of work and a not exceed amount for a facility renovation project.
Consideration of a Resolution calling for an election on May 10, 2016, to coincide with the Nebraska Primary Election, whereas the patrons of Washington County School District 89-0001 will be asked to vote For or Against General Obligation School Building Bonds in an amount NOT TO EXCEED $________.
