Rationale:
Mr. Ross Udey, Otte Blair Middle School Teacher, wrote and was awarded a Big Red Keno Math and Science Grant in the amount of $7,500. Mr, Udey applied for the grant to secure funds for the purchase of a 3D Printer.

8.3.2. Cubby's Convenience Store - Blair
Rationale:
Cubby's quarterly donation ($1,541) from their "Let's Raise Some Dough" fundraiser. Cubby's donates $1.00 for every large pizza sold at their Blair location to Blair Community Schools.

8.4.1. Nikki's Dance Studio
Rationale:
Nikki's Dance Studio is requesting the use of Blair High School Auditorium for a weekend in May, including Sunday, May 23, 2021.
This is a Sunday facility usage request and requires Board approval. |
8.4.2. Blair High School Band
Rationale:
Communication for Board consideration and possible action: Blair High School Band Trip to Florida: Mrs. Tammy Holcomb, BHS Principal, is requesting Board approval for the Blair High School Band to take a trip to Tampa/St. Petersburg/Sarasota, Florida starting on May 29, 2022 - June 2, 2022. Mr. Mount would be coordinating this trip and the expected cost to each student is approximately $1,663. They plan to march in the Sarasota Memorial Day parade, visit the Salvador Dali Museum, go on a dolphin watch, and will participate in a community service activity among other events. |
