8.7. Arbor Park Elementary Kindergarten Restrooms
Rationale:
Dr. Gilson will present a plan with the Board for the completion of restrooms and Arbor Park Elementary.
The project had seen some complications and was at a stand still. Denise Cada, Board member, and John Henton, Henton Trenching, Inc., met with Dr. Gilson and provided a plan that would have little disruption to classrooms and students. All work that requires noise would happen between the hours of 5:30 am and 7:30 am and on weekends. School Board approval for quotes from the following three companies who will be completing the work will be recommended. Henton Trenching, Inc., will complete the sewer work. DR Anderson will compete the finishes; tile, floors, doors, etc. Grunwald Mechanical will compete the HVAC and plumbing. Timeline:
