Rationale:
Discuss, consider and take all necessary action with regard to the “2015 Blair Community School District - Reduction-in-Force Targeted Voluntary Severance Program” (“Targeted VSP Program”) which provides for the payment of certain dollar amounts to certificated employees employed in the educational program areas to be reduced at the end of the 2014-2015 school and contract year and effective for the 2015-2016 school and contract year by reason of reduction-in-force including acceptance of VSP Applications and Agreements. |
