1. Call the Meeting to Order

2. Building Project Discussion
Discussion:
Introductions were made by the Loomis School Board and architects Jacob Sertich and Jeff Hinrichs with Wilkens Architecture Design Planning.
All the board members were present along with Superintendent Hardwick and Mr. Dunn. One community member was in attendance.
The members of the board and administration reviewed the needs and concerns of the building, the construction and financial goals, and feedback from the Loomis staff.
The members of the board reviewed four possible ideas for meeting the needs of the school with a focus on increased teaching space. Discussion was held on meeting the requirements of Rule 11 and funding options.
The board is planning to tour a couple of schools in the area and will continue to focus on the needs of the building.
