The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm.
Carolyn Anderson, Carrie Trompke, Gary Regelin, Nicole Hardwick, Karissa Roberg, and Sam Dunn were in attendance

3. Old Business
Discussion:
Handbook- wording was added to clarify placements, non-resident students, and potty-training expectations.
PreK Calendar- calendar dates were set for start and finish of the school year.

4. New Business
Discussion:
Tuition rate- recommendation to leave the rate at $100/month for the 2016-17 school year.
Applications and Placement- Application will be due March 18, 2016 and placement will be based on "at-risk", resident, and non-resident.
Handbook- changes to wording work added.
PreK parent night- Parents Night will be March 1, 2016 in the Library.
Budget- discussion on supplies for the classroom and future budgeting needs.
