1. Call Meeting to Order
Discussion:
The meeting was called to order 7:00 pm. Board members in attendance were: Carrie Trompke, Gary Regelin, Carolyn Anderson, and Dale Gray. Superintendent Hardwick was also in attendance.

3. Discussion Items

3.1. Child Find
Discussion:
The members present discussed the child find process and how children with disabilities are parentally-placed in nonpublic schools suspected of having a disability. The school district will continue to locate, identify, and evaluate all children with disabilities who are parentally-placed in nonpublic schools. This process will ensure the equitable participation of children parentally-placed in a non-public school.

3.2. Proportionate Share Calculations
Discussion:
The school district will maintain records of the total number of parentally-placed children ages 3-21 attending an approved and/or accredited non-pubic school, including exempt home schools within school district boundaries as well as the total number of eligible public school children ages 3-21 placed in a public school program.

3.3. Consultation Process
Discussion:
The school district will annually conduct a consultation meeting with parent representatives and officials of approved and/or accredited non-public schools, including exempt home schools, which are within the district's jurisdiction. The consultation meeting will allow non-public school representatives and parents the opportunity to participate in meaningful discussions on special education services for children with disabilities attending non-public and exempt schools.

3.4. Special Education and Related Services
Discussion:
The consultation process allows for discussion of how, where, and by whom special education services will be provided.

3.5. Provision Agree/Disagree
Discussion:
The consultation process allows all non-public and exempt school representatives to opportunity to agree or disagree on the provision of special education services or types of services.
