The BOE offered increases to the following extra curricular activities:

NHS - 1%

Student Council - 1%

Activities Director - 13%

Cheer Sponsor - 5.5%

Music - 5%

Band - 5%

The BOE offered a base increase of $150 ($33,550). The base increase, including insurance rate increase, would be an overall increase of3.42% ($63,589).

The LEA opened discussion about One Act and Drama extra curricular pay. Last year an assistant position was added to both One Act and Drama; there are now 2 paid positions.

The LEA asked the Board to consider allowing certificated staff members the ability to trade 2 sick days for 1 personal day, one time per year, with administrative approval.

The LEA would like like an increase on the base greater than $33,550. The 25 school-array was reviewed. Within that array LPS is 7th out of 25 sitting at 101.21%.
