These numbers continue to change. PreSchool numbers keep changing as well but Birth to 5 will be somewhere around 38. So roughly 772 students total.

More Information:
No changes from when the board gave initial approval to the 2017-18 base salary at our April regular meeting. Only change is in the 2018-19 base salary - the teachers voted to have the 2018-19 base salary the same as the 2017-18 base salary knowing that the Board will look at the array for the 2018-19 school year and the District's financial situation and make a decision at that time regarding the 2018-19 base salary.
Recommended Motion(s):
Motion to approve the 2017-18 and 2018-19 Certified Staff Negotiated Agreement as presented. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.

6.3. Discuss District Planning Process
More Information:
Need to start discussion on the process the Board would like to use for District planning. In the past we have used a community input group and we have had Board planning sessions. Part of our discussions need to center on facilities. So want to discuss if we want a facility study completed or what process the Board would like to use for this process. Not sure I have a strong feeling on the direction at this point so want this as discussion the next couple of meetings. Obviously NASB has a program for board planning and NRCSA also has a program. I know there are several firms that will complete facility studies with us as well. I think there are a lot of options so just need to start discussions. |
