This agenda contains a list of subjects known at the time of its distribution.  A copy of the agenda reflecting any changes will be available for public inspection during normal business hours in the District Office.  Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be altered later than twenty-four hours before the meeting.  The Board reserves the right to alter the order of items, as it deems necessary.

This is the public’s opportunity to speak to items on the agenda. This is also the public’s opportunity to speak to any topic concerning the school district – since it is not an agenda item the board cannot discuss or take action on the matter at this time. Future discussion can be requested as an agenda item. To be recognized, all participants must complete the Request to Address the Milford Board of Education Form. No complaints regarding specific staff members will be heard during a public meeting. The District has established separate procedures for complaints against individual employees. Items to Point Out:

1. Payroll number should be close.  We may have a few changes based on staff reviewing their first paycheck.
2. Majority of the bills are "normal" yearly expenditures.
3. $2,083 to etr is for health workbooks.
4. $10,904 to Follett is for elementary math workbooks and supplies.
5. $2,710 to Follett is for English workbooks.
6. $13,100 to Rider Classroom Spanish is for our online Spanish program.
7. $5,141 to Talacko Safety is for 3 AEDs and cases.
8. There are a number of bills related to cleaning and sanitizing supplies for COVID.  Tammy has all of those labeled COVID.

More Information:  In August we reported 74 students were on the list in 31 schools.  The updated report shows 89 students in 35 schools.  We know that 9 of these additional students are related to COVID.
