This action is consistent with applicable state law; i.e., Nebraska Revised Statute 84-1410, Reissue, 1981, and with Board Policy 9370 and is clearly necessary for the protection of the public interest and/or for the prevention of needless injury to the reputation of an individual and such individual has not requested a public meeting at 5:05 pm. Passed with a motion by JC Ourada and a second by Dana Steiner.
