Recommended Motion(s):
I move that the Board enter closed session for the purpose of discussing negotiations related to the superintendent's contract terms as part of the board's bargaining process, as this is clearly necessary to protect the public interest. This motion, made by Board Member #1 and seconded by Board Member #2, Passed.
