3.1. The Board will review candidates' background checks.“
The Board may need to take action to enter Executive Session to review the background checks of one or more applicants in order to prevent needless injury to the reputation of the applicants, for contract bargaining strategies, and other reasons allowed by law. General public comment will not be allowed at this meeting. The Board may request comments from its contractors, employees, and designated search committee representatives.” |

3.2. The Board will conduct interviews.

3.3. The board will receive feedback from the Community Committee, Administrators, and the Faculty/Staff Committee representatives. Board deliberation as appropriate.
