Motion to approve the agenda as presented Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.

1.6. Visitor input on Student Fee Policy and/or Parental Involvement Policy

2. Review of money collected from students pursuant to, and the use of waivers provided in, the student fee policy of the district for 2013-2014.

2.1. Cross County chose not to collect fees during the 13-14 school year. The district accepted donations from patrons to offset the cost of many programs; however the district neither is responsible for disclosing this information nor budgeting for these donations.

3. Public Hearing on Proposed Student Fee Policy

3.1. At this time the BOE and administration need to review our local policy and listen to input from the public with regard to the policy on Student Fees.

4. Public Hearing on Parental Involvement Policy

4.1. At this time the BOE and administration need to review our local policy and listen to input from the public with regard to the policy on Parental Involvement.
