Phase 3 consists of the following:
Base Bid: Converting the existing Steam Supply and Steam Condensate Return Piping for space heating systems to Heating Hot Water Supply and Return Piping. Alternate Bid: Air Conditioning of Gymnasium Alternate Bid: Auditorium HVAC Renovation Alternate Bid: Upgraded/New Direct Digital Control System (as required)
