Recommended Motion(s):  Moved that the claims for July be approved in the amount of $75,603.17 from the General Fund, $216,093.57 from the Building Fund and $51,406.50 from Savings & Depreciation. Passed with a motion by Member #1 and a second by Member #2.

Recommended Motion(s):  Moved that the Board of Education adopt the "Resolution Adopting the Papio Missouri River Natural Resources District Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan" Passed with a motion by Member #1 and a second by Member #2.

Recommended Motion(s):  Moved that the bid of Calhoun Oil be approved for diesel fuel for school purposes for 2016-17 be accepted at 3¢ off the pump price, and that the bid of Taylor Oil be approved for gasoline for school purposes for 2016-17 at 3¢ off the pump price. Passed with a motion by Member #1 and a second by Member #2.

Recommended Motion(s):  Moved that the bid from Hiland Dairy be accepted for milk and milk products for 2016-17. Passed with a motion by Member #1 and a second by Member #2.

Recommended Motion(s):  Moved that meal prices for 2016-17 be set the same as 2015-16 as indicated in the attachment. Passed with a motion by Member #1 and a second by Member #2.

Recommended Motion(s):  Moved that the board approve Policies 2005 Conflict of Interest, 3014 Use of School Property, 3018 Denial of Access to School Premises, 3038 Procurement, Suspension and Debarment-Governed by Federal Procurement Regulations, 4012 Staff Internet and Computer Use, 4015 Prohibition Against Employment of Board Members, 4051 Staff and District Social Media Use, 4061 School Vehicle Use, 5004 Option Enrollment, 5016 Student Records, 5028 Initiations and Hazing, 5033 Student Driving and Parking, 5053 Self Management of Diabetes or Asthma or Anaphylaxis, 5057 Parental Involvement in the Title I Program, 5063 Recording Policy, 6024 Student Discipline, 6027 Field Trips, and 6010.1 Special Education Procedures as recommended and discussed. Recommended Motion(s):  Moved that Policy 6022 Section 504 Grievance Procedure be deleted from the board policies as discussed and recommended. Passed with a motion by Member #1 and a second by Member #2.

Recommended Motion(s):  Move that the interlocal agreement for a School Psychologist with Arlington Public Schools be approved as recommended. Passed with a motion by Member #1 and a second by Member #2.
