2.7. Phase II of the Elementary Building Expansion Plan
Recommended Motion(s):
Moved to approve the Finance Committee's recommendation to proceed with Phase II of the Elementary building expansion plan which directs and empowers the administration to take all necessary actions to engage the architect to produce construction documents, engage a Construction Manager as consultant, go to market and solicit bids for the project, negotiate and enter into all necessary contracts for all aforementioned services and the construction project as long as those costs remain under $2 million. Passed with a motion by Member #1 and a second by Member #2.
