6.7. Designate the District Official Newspaper for Publications

Recommended Motion(s): Moved that Washington County Pilot-Tribune & Enterprise and the Daily Record, when needed, be designated as the official newspapers for the Fort Calhoun School District. This motion, made by Member #1 and seconded by Member #2, Passed.

6.8. Designate District's Legal Counsel

Recommended Motion(s): Moved to designate the attorneys of KSB School Law of Lincoln, Nebraska as district legal counsel. 6.9. Board Authorization for Superintendent Actions
