8.1. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action to authorize, approve and ratify a TCA Director search process
Recommended Motion(s):
That that the TCA Joint Board (1) authorize, approve and ratify the recommended TCA Director search process, in the form on file with official TCA records and as presented at this meeting or with such changes as are deemed necessary and in the best interest of the TCA and approved by both the LPS Superintendent of Schools and the SCC President, and (2) delegate to and authorize the SCC Dean of Extended Learning and the LPS Associate Superintendent for Human Resources to implement and carry out the TCA Director search process and to take or cause to be taken any and all other action as may be necessary to establish and implement such TCA Director search process, for and on behalf of the TCA. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
