The superintendent seeks approval to purchase a minivan and a mobility chair minivan not to exceed $15,000 and $39,000 respectively with depreciation funds for the purpose of student transportation. |

8.4. Consideration of a resolution ratifying the creation of the East Butler Educational Facilities Leasing Corporation and authorizing the District to enter into one or more lease purchase agreements with said Corporation in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $2,200,000, for the purpose of leasing certain educational facilities and equipment from the Corporation.

8.5. Resolution to establish an account with Nebraska Liquid Asset Fund
Consider approval of Nebraska Liquid Asset Fund as depository account for district funds.

8.6. Consider Resolution calling the District’s Series 2015 Limited Tax Bonds for early redemption;
and Consider Resolution authorizing the issuance of the District’s Limited Tax bonds for the purpose of refinancing the District’s 2015 bonds at lower interest rates. Today we are projecting savings all the way up to the $65k -$70k range. Those savings are in addition to the $243,000 that the District saved in 2015. Fee is 1.35% of par which, as of today, is roughly $18,000.
