3. Review Budget Workshop Handout
Rationale:
The budget workshop binder is presented with feedback from the Finance Committee and represents the best estimate of 22-23 expenditures and receipts. While this information had to be posted by September 5th to comply with LB644, this information can be adjusted (up or down), in which case we will post a "Summary of Changes" after we pass our budget on September 28th, 2022.

Rationale:
The purpose of the operating protocol is to provide a framework for the school superintendent and board of education to enhance the professional working relationship by clarifying the roles and responsibilities of the superintendent and board of education.
