3. Health & Wellness Topics Presentation
Rationale:
We have been working hard to put all of our currently taught health topics in one place so that we can formally adopt what we are currently doing with regard to health and wellness topics. Over 15 teachers contributed to this document and it is rather comprehensive. We invited the public to read through this document and ask any questions they may have. Please note: these are not new topics - these are topics we are currently teaching that have been put in one place for community review. |

4. Presentation of JH ELA Textbooks in response to data analysis.
Rationale:
After a year-long review of JH ELA data and materials, Mrs. Richeson and the JH ELA teachers would like to propose a new textbook adoption. This is not their adoption year, but our data show a change is needed.

6. Committee on American Civics
As members of the Board of Education Committee on American Civics of the Gothenburg School District, we have completed the duties cited in Nebraska State Statue 79-724 as set forth in sections 79-719 to 79-723 with pride and respect for the nation’s institutions. Board members on the committee on American Civics are Kelly Terrell, Matt Dalrymple, and Kyle Fornoff. |
