IV. FINANCIAL BUSINESS

IV.1. Account balances
Tessa will check if cashing out higher CD prior to maturity date is possible
If possible, all agreed to cash out and put 20k to checking and the remaining balance to the Raymond James saving account

V. ELECTION OF OFFICERS

She will not be a signer due to conflicting interests with PVB

Bill moved to approve new signers for all Foundation accounts: Casey Debus-President, Lisa Kaufman-Vice-President, Bill Watson-Secretary. Seconded by Art.

VI. SCHOLARSHIPS

VI.1. Review Ferguson scholarship application form
Casey will contact Chauncey concerning item #5 on application

VI.2. 2021 scholarships status
Casey created checks for Steiner & Rogers spring semester
Casey will reach out to Chauncey for Lewis, Lees, and Stauffer for verification of enrollment
 

VI.3. Discuss 2022 scholarships
2- $1,000: Ferguson Scholarship
2- $400: Lily Martin Memorial
1- $1,250: Kelley Family
3- $500: Morrill Schools Foundation
8 total scholarships
Casey will contact Chauncey to provide packets by April 8th for review and voting to be completed by April 18th
