Levander, Trustee of Brian D. Levander Revocable Trust and Annette R Levander, Trustee of the Annette R. Levander Revocable Trust for sum of $49,210.00 plus closing expenses, for the purpose of operating an auto body repair business.

Ordinance No. 2148 - An ordinance authorizing the issuance by the City of York, Nebraska, of not to exceed $20,000,000 of sewer system revenue bonds for the purpose of financing a new wastewater treatment plant and related improvements to the City's sanitary sewer system, with such bonds to be in the form of a single promissory note to the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality, approving a related loan agreement with the NEbraska Department of Environmental Quality and approving related matters.
