Public Hearing on an Application for a Special Use Permit filed by McLean Beef, Inc. to renovate the building on Lot 1, Staehrway Business Park and Part Irregular Tract # 17 in the S/2 of SE/4 of Section 13, Township 10 North Range 3 East of the 6th P.M. for the harvesting of beef and hogs and to sell USDA meats retail in the front part of the building

15. Public Hearing on an application  for a Special Use Permit to operate a group home/group care facility on Lot 1, Sandall's  Sub, City of York, (605 East 9th Street ) as defined by Ordnance No. 2247 approved by the City Council on June 4, 2020

Due to the fact that a protest has been filed by 20% of the property owners located within 300 feet of the property, said permit may only be granted for a 3/4 vote of All members of the Council
