17.1. FEE TAKING:
A 33,997 square foot, or 0.798 acre area, along the west edge of the site located near the northeast corner of East 16th Street and North Washington Avenue in York, Nebraska, to be fully acquired by the City of York for future street right of way. Such future use to include construction, operation and maintenance of a northward extension of Washington Avenue, a city street for the public benefit. Future use may also include public utility infrastructure, including water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and electricity, as well as private communication and gas infrastructure as allowed by the City of York, to support future development of the area for the public benefit. The specific legal description of the subject property may be obtained from the City Clerk PERMANENT EASEMENT A 27,360 square foot, or 0.63 acre, area along the north edge of the site located near the northeast corner of East 16th Street and North Washington Avenue in York, Nebraska, for a permanent utility easement. Such future use to include construction, operation and maintenance of an open channel drainage ditch for area storm water conveyance for the public benefit. Future use may also include public utility infrastructure, including water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and electricity, as well as private communication and gas infrastructure as allowed by the City of York, to support future development of the area for the public benefit. The specific legal description of the subject property may be obtained from the City Clerk. |
