Move that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Consultant Agreement with Alfred Benesch and Company for Airport Improvement Program Project in connection with the Snow Removal Equipment (SRE) Acquisition project at the York Municipal Airport which is being completed with the Airport's Non-Primary Entitlement funds the City of York received from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and 10% local match. The consultant agreement is subject to FAA concurrence.
