9. Consider approval of Task Order 43 between the City and HDR Engineering for the YASWA site groundwater monitoring 2023 in the amount of $49,250.00.

10. Consider approval of bid from McCormick's Heating and Air for HVAC repair/replacement for City facilities from the hail storm of June 2022 in the amount of $355,469.47

11. Consider approval of Christopher Sieck as manager of Casey's 1690 and Casey's 2015, Class D Liquor License and make a recommendation to the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission

14. The Council is to attend the EPA public meeting to commence after adjournment of the Council meeting. The U.S. EPA will hold a public meeting to conduct a briefing on the PCE Southeast Contamination Superfund Site in York, Nebraska. EPA will hold a Public Availability Session to provide information and answer questions on the upcoming Remedial Action for the site.
