1. Good evening and thank you for joining us for today’s City Council meeting. Prior to opening the meeting, I wanted to provide some insight on how this meeting will proceed as this is still a new feature for City Council meetings. We anticipate that we may encounter a few technological glitches along the way, so please remain patient as we work through this new process. Throughout the meeting, I am sure we will have attendees connect and disconnect which is acceptable; however, I ask that you please mute your microphones so as not to disrupt the meeting progression.
If you are here to speak on an agenda item, I ask that you hold any comments or questions until the agenda item is opened and following the presenter’s presentation. You will then have the opportunity to speak, please remember to provide your name and address prior to discussing the agenda item. As a reminder, participants are encouraged to follow along with the agenda. The agenda can be found on the City’s website and a link has been shared through the City’s Facebook page, City of Bayard, Nebraska - Local Government. Should you encounter issues, I ask that you simply log out/hang up and login/call back into the meeting. If problems persist, please do not interrupt the meeting; instead, call our City Clerk’s Office at 308-586-1121. With that, let’s proceed with today’s meeting. |
