Public Hearing - consider text amendments to Land Development Ordinance for the City of Columbus, Zoning Chapter, to repeal existing Chapter 13 entitled "Wireless Telecommunication Towers and Antennas" and replace with a new Chapter 13 entitled "Wireless Telecommunications Facilities Siting Ordinance" containing new comprehensive set of rules, regulations and procedures for telecommunications facilities.
