14.B. Resolution No. R17-85 approving the OneLibrary Consortium Interlocal Agreement with the City of Norfolk, the City of Wayne, the City of Schuyler, the City of Scottsbluff, Northeast Community College, and Central Community College.

14.C. Resolution No. R17-86 approving agreement with Platte County, Nebraska, to provide library services from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2020, for citizens of Platte County who reside outside city limits.

Resolution No. R17-87 approving Memorandum of Understanding with Celebrating Nebraska Statehood for a mobile children's museum to be located on the lot north of 14 Street between 23 and 24 Avenues from September 14 through 16, 2017, in conjunction with celebration of Nebraska's Sesquicentennial.

14.E. Resolution No. R17-88 approving agreement with Crouch Recreation, Inc. in the amount of $259,110 for construction of Pawnee Park Memorial Stadium visitor bleachers using the design-build provisions in the city's purchasing policy.

14.F. Resolution No. R17-89 approving agreement with Daktronics, Inc. to sell advertising on the scoreboard at Pawnee Park Memorial Stadium.

15.A. Ordinance No. 17-14 amending Section 90.035 of Chapter 90 of Title IX of Ordinance No. 05-47 (Columbus City Code) regarding destruction of property by animals to add a provision that it shall be unlawful to inflict personal injury upon another.

15.B. Ordinance No. 17-15 amending Section 92.12 of Chapter 92 of Title IX of Ordinance No. 05-47 (Columbus City Code) regarding jurisdiction of nuisances to cover all territory adjacent to the limits of the city within two miles and all territory within corporate limits.
