7.D. Public hearing - Application of Thomas S. Goc for special use permit to allow single-family detached dwelling in a "B-2" (General Commercial District) zone located at 571 South 33 Avenue. (Planning Commission recommends approval. This public hearing was continued from the April 16, 2018, City Council meeting.)

14.A. Resolution No. R18-55 approving agreement with Kirkham Michael & Associates, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $158,060.75 for design and construction phase services for Airport Improvement Program Project No. 3-21-0019-013, Snow Removal Equipment Building.

14.B. Resolution No. R18-56 approving agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $93,840 for study phase services for Citywide School and Pedestrian Evaluation 2018.

14.C. Resolution No. R18-57 approving agreement with RVW, Inc. in the amount of $105,240 for design, construction, and evaluation phase services for Citywide Architectural Projects 2018.

14.D. Resolution No. R18-58 approving agreement with JEO Consulting Group, Inc. in the amount of $154,151 for design and construction phase services for Downtown Area Traffic Signalization Renovations 2018.
